Crypto Radar Signals provides cryptocurrency market-scanning tools, quantitative market information, LONG and SHORT signal detection, signal tracking, market metrics and related educational or informational content.
Crypto Radar Signals does not execute trades on your behalf, manage customer assets, provide custody services, or provide personalized investment, financial, legal or tax advice.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Crypto Radar Signals is permitted under the laws and regulations applicable to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
3. Trial and Paid Access
Eligible new accounts may receive a 3-day Premium trial after successful email verification. After the trial, continued Premium access requires a paid subscription.
Subscription pricing, duration and included features are displayed before purchase. Access may begin after successful payment confirmation by the applicable payment provider.
4. Trading Risk and User Responsibility
Cryptocurrency markets are volatile and trading can result in substantial or complete loss of trading capital. Scanner signals and market data are informational tools and are not guarantees of future market performance.
You remain solely responsible for deciding whether to trade and for determining position size, leverage, Stop Loss, Take Profit and all other risk-management decisions.
5. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable service, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Market-data providers, exchanges, internet infrastructure, maintenance, technical failures or circumstances outside our control may cause delays or temporary interruptions.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, misuse accounts, scrape protected Premium data, redistribute paid signal data without authorization, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
7. Intellectual Property
The Crypto Radar Signals website, scanner presentation, software, branding, original content and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Your subscription provides personal access to the service and does not transfer ownership of these materials.
8. Payments, Cancellation and Refunds
Payments and refund requests are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crypto Radar Signals is not responsible for trading losses, missed opportunities, exchange losses, liquidation, market movements or decisions made based on information displayed by the service.
