Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: September 26, 2026

1. Free Trial

Crypto Radar Signals provides eligible new users with a 3-day Premium trial so they can evaluate the service before purchasing a paid subscription.

2. General Refund Policy

Because Crypto Radar Signals provides immediate access to digital subscription services and users have an opportunity to evaluate Premium through the free trial, completed subscription purchases are generally non-refundable except as described below or where required by applicable law.

3. Initial Purchase Requests

A refund request submitted within 24 hours of an initial paid subscription purchase may be reviewed if the paid subscription has not been materially used. Approval is not automatic and requests are reviewed manually.

4. Technical Problems

If a verified technical failure on our side materially prevents you from accessing the paid service and we are unable to resolve the problem within a reasonable period, contact support. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide an appropriate full or partial refund.

5. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase or an incorrect amount was processed, contact support so the payment can be investigated.

6. Trading Results Are Not Refund Grounds

Refunds are not provided because of trading losses, unsuccessful trades, signal performance, market movements, failure to achieve an expected profit, or disagreement with a market signal.

7. Cancellation

You may choose not to renew future access. Cancellation or expiration of a subscription does not automatically generate a refund for a completed payment.

8. How to Request a Refund

Crypto Radar Signals does not operate an automatic refund system. Refund requests are reviewed manually. Contact [email protected] from the email address associated with your account and include sufficient information for us to identify the relevant payment.

9. Applicable Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
